We are four dedicated residents of Lower Merion Township—Jacob Rudolph, Omer Dekel, Deena Pack, and Talia Nissim—running for the School Board to put our children first. Coming from diverse backgrounds, we share a single goal: to enhance education for every student in our district. Politics doesn’t belong in our schools—what matters is providing our kids with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed. We offer practical solutions, transparency, and a commitment to the future of our community.

  • Jacob Rudolph, a Harriton High School senior, brings the voice of students to the table. Having spent 13 years in LMSD, he knows the system’s strengths and challenges firsthand. He’s focused on improving special education access, tackling antisemitism head-on, and ensuring student success drives every decision.

  • Omer Dekel, a father of three with a MSc in computer science, offers over two decades of tech expertise. He’s committed to data-driven decisions and clear, open governance.

  • Deena Pack, a nurse and mother, combines healthcare leadership with a passion for fiscal responsibility. She’s dedicated to supporting special education and building safe, inclusive schools.

  • Talia Nissim, a stay-at-home mom and community advocate, champions parent and student involvement. She aims to strengthen collaboration between families and the administration.

As a team, we’ll prioritize managing our $320 million budget effectively, enhancing special education, and creating a school environment free from hate. We’re here to listen, improve what’s broken, and build on what works—always with your input.

We believe every child deserves a top-notch education in a supportive setting. Our varied perspectives as a student, a parent, a professional, and a community member equip us to deliver real results. Support us for the Lower Merion School Board, and let’s create a brighter future for our kids—together.
